About Us

Renova Pathways is a comprehensive wellness center dedicated to supporting meaningful, lasting change. We were created to provide a more integrated and intentional model of care for individuals seeking deeper healing beyond traditional approaches.

Many people come to Renova after feeling stuck or underserved by fragmented systems of care. Our center was founded to offer a more cohesive experience—one that brings together multiple disciplines to better support the complexity of each individual’s needs.

At Renova, we are committed to providing care that is both clinically grounded and emotionally supportive, creating a space where individuals can engage in meaningful work and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

Our Approach to Wellness

Our model is built on three core pillars: psychiatry, psychotherapy, and integrative wellness. These services are intentionally connected to provide a more complete and effective healing experience.

Clients have access to psychiatric evaluation and medication management, evidence-based therapy, and integrative services such as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and mind-body practices. Rather than treating these as separate components, care is coordinated to ensure each element supports the others.

This approach allows us to address both the psychological and physiological aspects of healing, while tailoring care to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Our Treatment Philosophy

Our work is guided by the belief that healing requires both insight and embodiment. Medication alone is not a complete solution, and therapy without integration can limit long-term change.

Lasting transformation occurs when the mind and body are engaged together in a meaningful and intentional way. For this reason, our focus is not on creating dependence on services, but on helping clients develop the internal tools needed to sustain their progress over time.

Our goal is to support individuals in achieving lasting, internal change so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of balance.
