Where Insight Meets Integration
A comprehensive, integrative approach to healing that addresses both the mind and body.
Our treatment philosophy is grounded in the belief that healing requires both insight and embodiment. Medication alone is not a complete solution, and therapy without integration can limit long-term change. Lasting transformation occurs when the mind and body are engaged together in a meaningful and intentional way. Our goal is to support clients in achieving sustainable, internal change so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
The Three Pillars of Care
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is the core of the healing process.
Through therapy, clients:
explore patterns and underlying experiences
develop insight and self-awareness
build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating
This work creates the structure for meaningful change.
Psychiatry
Psychiatric services provide a medical foundation for treatment.
This includes:
comprehensive evaluations
medication management when appropriate
clinical oversight to ensure safety and effectiveness
Psychiatry supports stabilization and creates the conditions for deeper therapeutic work.
Integrative Wellness
Integrative wellness services support the connection between mind and body.
These may include:
psychedelic-assisted therapies
yoga and somatic practices
other experiential and body-based approaches
These interventions help to access deeper emotional material, increase flexibility in thinking and behavior, and reinforce therapeutic progress.
What Makes Us Different
Mental health services are often delivered across separate systems, where psychiatry, therapy, and wellness interventions are not fully integrated, leaving clients to coordinate their care across multiple providers. This can be especially challenging for clients who are seeking more integrative or alternative approaches to their mental health and wellness.
At Renova Pathways Center for Wellness, these services are intentionally integrated.
Clients receive coordinated support that may include:
psychiatric evaluation and medication management
evidence-based psychotherapy
integrative wellness services such as psychedelic-assisted therapies, somatic yoga, and other mind-body interventions
This unified approach allows us to treat the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.
